Our quality system
Precision is only worth anything if it's repeatable. Our quality system is designed so the same part comes out the same way every time, with the inspection and documentation to prove it — because for the hardware our customers build, a quality escape isn't an inconvenience, it's a failure.
Certifications
Held today: ISO 9001. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001.
Honest about what we don't hold: we are not AS9100-certified and we are not ITAR-registered, and we don't take ITAR or export-controlled work.
Inspection & metrology
Inspection is a built-in step, not an afterthought — CMM, optical and vision systems, surface and hardness measurement, run against the drawing rather than after it.
In-process and final inspection, with the metrology to verify tight tolerances to ±0.0001".
